Ecommerce Fulfillment Services Built to Scale With Your Orders

Same-day pick-and-pack, multi-carrier shipping, and real-time inventory — from 50 orders a day to 5,000.

How Platton's Ecommerce Fulfillment Services Work

Icon

Most brands outgrow their first fulfillment setup before they realize it — late shipments pile up, inventory counts drift, and customer complaints spike during peak. Platton's ecommerce fulfillment services handle the operational side so you can focus on product and growth: warehouse receiving, inventory storage, pick-and-pack, carrier selection, label generation, and dispatch — all from US-based facilities near major shipping hubs.

Icon

Whether you're processing 50 orders a day or 5,000, the system stays the same: barcode-verified picking, automated carrier rate comparison across USPS, UPS, FedEx, and regional carriers, and real-time tracking pushed directly to your store. Accuracy targets above 99.5% and same-day dispatch on orders placed before the cutoff.

Your orders sync automatically from Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, or WooCommerce. Inventory updates in real time. And when something needs to come back, our returns workflow processes inbound packages, inspects condition, and restocks or disposes — without you touching it.

Why DTC and B2B Brands Choose Platton

Icon

A Named Account Manager, Not a Ticket Queue

Your account manager knows your SKUs, your peak seasons, and your SLA expectations. When something goes wrong — a carrier delay, a damaged lot, a sudden volume spike — you call a person who already has context, not a generic support line.

Icon

Built for Volume Spikes and Flash Sales

Flash sale doubles your order count overnight? Holiday season triples it? Our ecommerce shipping solutions scale labor and pick capacity to match — without missed SLAs or overtime surcharges that eat into your margin.

Icon

2-Day Ground Coverage Across the Continental US

Strategically located warehouses mean most US addresses receive orders within 2 business days via ground — no express surcharges. Faster delivery means fewer "where's my order" tickets and higher repeat purchase rates.

Icon

Real-Time Inventory You Can Actually Trust

Barcode-verified receiving and cycle counts keep SKU-level accuracy above 99.5%. Low-stock alerts trigger before you run out — not after. And every unit movement is logged, so reconciliation takes minutes, not days.

The Problems That Make Brands Switch Fulfillment Partners

Icon

"Orders Placed Friday Don't Ship Until Monday"

Platton dispatches same-day on orders received before the cutoff — including weekends during peak season. Automated wave picking and batch label printing eliminate the bottleneck between "order received" and "package on the truck."

Icon

"Shipping Is Eating 30% of My Revenue"

Our system compares USPS, UPS, FedEx, and regional carrier rates in real time for every package — selecting the cheapest option that meets your delivery SLA. Multi-warehouse routing places inventory closer to customers, cutting zone-based surcharges.

Icon

"I Don't Know My Real Inventory Count Until I Physically Check"

Every unit is barcode-scanned at receiving, put-away, pick, and pack. Cycle counts run continuously. Discrepancies are flagged before they become stock-outs — so your "available" count in Shopify actually matches what's on the shelf.

Icon

"Returns Are a Black Hole — Products Disappear"

As one of the few reverse logistics providers integrated into the fulfillment workflow, Platton processes returns with the same barcode discipline as outbound orders: receive, inspect, grade, restock or dispose. You see the status in real time and recovered inventory goes back to "available" automatically.

Icon

"My 3PL Can't Handle Our Growth"

Platton's warehouse network absorbs volume growth without renegotiating contracts. Go from 500 orders/day to 5,000 with the same SLAs, the same accuracy, and the same account manager. No migration, no downtime, no "we need 90 days' notice."

From Inbound Freight to Customer Doorstep — One Workflow

Fulfillment Services

Platton's ecommerce fulfillment services cover the full lifecycle — not just the last mile. We receive your inventory from overseas freight or domestic suppliers, store it in climate-appropriate conditions, and dispatch it as d2c fulfillment orders, B2B wholesale shipments, or marketplace orders. Same inventory pool, same WMS, multiple channels.

The difference is coordination: your inbound freight, customs clearance, warehouse storage, and outbound fulfillment run through one system. No emailing three vendors to figure out where inventory is. No reconciling spreadsheets between your 3PL and your freight forwarder.

Whether your brand sells D2C on Shopify, wholesale to retailers, or through Amazon and Walmart simultaneously — every channel pulls from the same inventory and follows the same quality standards.

What's included:

D2C order fulfillment — pick, pack, and ship same-day

B2B and retail distribution with EDI compliance and routing guide adherence

Multi-channel fulfillment from a single inventory pool (Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, eBay, WooCommerce)

Automated pick-and-pack with barcode verification

Returns processing, inspection, and restock

Same-day dispatch on orders before cutoff

Inbound freight receiving from international and domestic suppliers

Integrated With the Platforms Your Customers Buy On

Orders from Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, eBay, and WooCommerce sync automatically — inventory adjusts across all channels in real time. When an order comes in on any platform, it enters the same pick-and-pack queue with the same SLA. No manual imports, no channel-specific delays.

Fulfillment Insights for Growing Brands

FAQs

Three things. First, we also handle inbound freight and customs clearance — so your fulfillment partner and your freight forwarder are the same company. Second, every warehouse uses barcode-verified picking with 99.5%+ accuracy targets. Third, you get a named account manager with a guaranteed 2-hour response SLA — not a ticket queue with a 48-hour wait. Most 3PLs offer one of these. We offer all three under one roof.

Yes to both. Shopify orders sync in real time — when a customer places an order, it enters our pick queue automatically. For Amazon, we handle FBA prep (FNSKU labeling, poly bagging, carton packing) and deliver directly to Amazon fulfillment centers — the same d2c fulfillment operation, different destination. Many clients running d2c fulfillment alongside wholesale use both channels simultaneously, with one inventory pool feeding Shopify, Amazon, and wholesale orders.

Returns follow the same barcode-verified process as outbound orders: receive, scan, inspect, grade, and either restock or dispose. You see each return's status in real time through the same dashboard you use for orders. Unlike most reverse logistics providers, we don't charge a separate onboarding fee for returns processing — it's built into the fulfillment workflow.

Most brands are fully operational within 7–14 days. That includes: store integration setup (Shopify, Amazon, etc.), SKU mapping, test order run, inbound inventory receiving, and go-live. We don't start billing fulfillment fees until your first live order ships. If you're migrating from another 3PL, we coordinate the inventory transfer to avoid any gap in dispatch capability.

Native integrations with Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, and eBay. Carrier integrations with USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL eCommerce, and regional last-mile carriers. We also support custom API connections for proprietary storefronts or ERP systems. All integrations are included — no per-platform fees.

Carrier pricing is zone-based — the farther a package travels, the more it costs. By placing inventory in warehouses close to your customer concentration, you reduce the average shipping zone from 5–7 down to 2–3, cutting per-package costs by 20–40% and enabling 2-day ground delivery to most addresses. We help you analyze order data to determine the optimal warehouse split.
